Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Soul Syync. We strive to provide the best spiritual healing and counselling services. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before booking.

1. Booking Cancellation

• Cancellation 24 hours or more before session: You are eligible for a full refund of your session fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of session: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, or you may choose to reschedule without penalty.
• No-show: If you fail to attend the session (online or in-person) without notifying us in advance, no refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your booked session up to 12 hours before the session time. Rescheduling requests can be made via email (maaecounselling@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 63588 00893). Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

3. How Refunds are Processed

Once a cancellation request is approved under our terms, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method:

• Refunds are processed automatically through our payment gateway provider (e.g. Razorpay or Stripe).
• It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

4. Special Circumstances

In rare situations where Soul Syync has to cancel a session due to unforeseen personal emergencies, technical issues, or natural circumstances, you will be notified immediately. In such cases, you will receive a **100% full refund** or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
